Centella asiatica (L.) Urban is a plant which has a traditional use and beneficial application in peripheral micro-circulation; it helps to resolve symptoms accompanying venous insufficiency such as heaviness in lower legs, tingling sensations, night cramps, spider veins and edemas.
Among different bioactive compounds contained, activity is deriving mainly from content in triterpenic saponins and their glycosidic esters (asiaticoside, centelloside etc…), that support healing of traumas and wounds and re-epithelization.

It can be also used to support memory and cognitive function.
